I’m so glad that I’m reading regularly again. It feels good to be reminded how it is to get lost in a novel, my index finger and thumb tightening as I’m about to turn the page, being completely engrossed, forgetting how much time has passed, dog-earing the pages, stopping and sighing in the middle of the page after a poignant moment — I’ve missed it all.
Words are capable of bringing so much change into our lives. I only wish that one day I, too, can impact or inspire with my own.
